ABOUT ME
Come back stronger

My approach to rehabilitation and performance is built on a clear conviction: rehabilitation doesn't end when the pain does – that's where it begins.
As a trained physician, I combine medical knowledge with years of hands-on experience in performance and rehab sport. I've played tennis and football since my youth – including college soccer in the US at Ottawa University of Arizona – and been through injuries myself, including an ACL tear and osteitis pubis.
Those experiences shaped how I see rehabilitation: I've encountered different approaches, questioned them, and learned to recognize what actually works – and what doesn't.
My approach combines evidence-based medicine with modern training principles from the international performance and rehab scene – inspired among others by David Grey, ALTIS (Stuart McMillan & Dan Pfaff), Matt McInnes Watson, Dario Saisan and Frans Bosch, as well as Körperbau Lemgo.
The goal isn't just to bring you back to where you were – it's to help you go beyond it. To me, Rehab & Performance means: come back stronger – structured, individualized, and built to last.
