How I work
Two paths lead to the same goal – but only one actually gets you there. Rehab & Performance combines medical knowledge with modern, data-driven training.
WHAT CHANGES
Before vs. Rehab & Performance
Same starting point. Two completely different approaches. Drag the slider to compare.
REHAB & PERFORMANCE
- Individual plan from a physician
- Root-cause treatment, not symptom relief
- Rehab & performance as one process
- Progress tracked with video and data
- Working on past pain-free, not stopping there
BEFORE
- Generic training plan
- Symptom relief instead of root-cause treatment
- Rehab and training thought of separately
- Progress never objectively measured
- Stopping once it stops hurting
FAQ
Questions you might have
Yes – the entire coaching runs location-independent: movement analysis on video, your training plan digital, ongoing adjustments through direct exchange. You don't need an appointment with me in person, just access to your equipment.
For acute, severe pain or a fresh injury, I'd always recommend getting checked out at a doctor's practice first. For everything after that, the way back to load, sport, and peak form, I'm the right person as a licensed physician and coach.
No, quite the opposite. Many of my clients start exactly where classic rehab stops. I work with acute issues just as much as with the fine-tuning that comes after.
No. My clients range from ambitious recreational athletes to (semi-)professional. What matters isn't your level, but that you're ready to put in consistent work.
You automatically receive an onboarding PDF with a questionnaire and instructions for your movement assessment videos. You send both to me via WhatsApp, I personally get back to you within 48 hours, and we schedule your first session.
Your initial assessment videos show me exactly how you move. After that you send regular video feedback, and I correct things specifically – like a coach on the sideline, just digital.
You choose between a 1-month or 3-month package (prices on the booking page). Included is your individual training plan, ongoing adjustments, and direct exchange with me for the full duration.
No. In the onboarding questionnaire you note what equipment you have available – gym, club, or home – and your plan is built exactly around that.
I'm a licensed physician and a long-time active football player myself. I combine medical knowledge with performance training instead of just treating symptoms or just building strength – rehab and performance run as one process with me.
That depends heavily on where you're starting from. But progress is measured objectively from day one – through video checks and clear criteria, not by feel – so you can see where you actually stand.
